Founded in 1975, the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club (FSRC) provides recreational and competitive running opportunities in Frederick County. Pinecliff Park, off Reich´s Ford Road in Frederick, has an A-frame building and pavilions for rent, which overlook the winding Monocacy River. There is also ice-skating and a sled run there.
