Homestead Farms is the home of Jumbo's Pumpkin Patch. Homestead is 131 acres nestled in beautiful Middletown Valley. This is home to some of Maryland's most scenic countryside. Homestead Farms is a working dairy farm owned by Donald and Greta Huffer. Jumbo's began seven years ago with a roadside wagon and 1-1/2 acres of pumpkins. They now offer 15 acres of "pick your own" pumpkins plus many other family activities. Farm visitors can enjoy hayrides to the pumpkin patch and corn maze, petting zoo, pony rides, concession stand, and country store with fall crafts. Jumbo's offers everything you need to decorate your home for fall, including: numerous varieties and sizes of pumpkins and ornamental gourds, corn shocks, straw bales, Indian corn and farm grown chrysanthemums.
