Frederick County has more than fifty open and enclosed shopping centers offering spaces to over 1,000 establishments.
The Frederick Towne Mall on Route 40, the "Golden Mile" is one of the cities largest malls offering a variety of shops such as card shops, clothing boutiques, shoe stores, music stores and much more. Including major department stores such as J.C. Penney and The Bon Ton. A variety of food vendors will tempt your palate at Frederick's oldest enclosed mall and you can take in a movie at Hoyt's Cinema.
The Francis Scott Key Mall (FSK) on Route 85 is the home for both large department stores and small specialty shops. The food is great with a large variety of restaurants and stands to choose from.
